| July 2010 ::: After spending a week painting, we were finally able to move all our earthly belongings to our new home. In the afternoon of a very, very hot day I looked up from an empty moving box and saw this...our amazing view of Lake Chelan. Our glimpse of heaven on earth. It's absolutely beautiful. Really, beautiful. And, I get to wake up to this awesome view every day of the rest of my life. A huge thank you to the amazing creator of the universe--in particularly this tiny piece of it. |

| November, week 1, 2010 ::: November is universally known as the month of thanksgiving. Today I am thankful for God's creativity. Turning the greenery of spring and summer into the beautiful colors of fall is breathtaking, especially from our deck overlooking Lake Chelan. Thanks, God, for providing this home on earth. |

November, week 3, 2010 ::: "No two snowflakes are alike."
Our gift from God was obvious today--eight inches of unique snowflakes to cover our valley is a blanket of white. So grateful for the blanket of comfort that God provides in our toughest times. Looking up. |
