Steve and Luke harvested our apples today. We have three trees in our backyard. They picked 3 large tubs full of apples. I'm not really sure what we'll do with all of them...apple pie, apple cobbler, apple crisp, applesauce, baked apples, apple butter, apple chutney, apple...

Those apples are huge! I am jealous you have them in your yard!
Are you going to sell any? It seems that with three trees you would have more than you can handle!
We went apple picking and only had a bushel and a half, it was crazy to figure out what to do with all of them. I can't imagine three tree's worth!
Tip though: if you core and pulse them in a food processor, it is much quicker to make them ready for apple sauce/ butter. Then throw that in a crockpot with some cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar, and let it cook away over night, makes the house smell great and not much fussing!
